Assets business manages the complete mortgages books for PBC India. Assets channel is primarily responsible for the sales of products like home loans, Personal Loans and Business Loans. The primary objective is over achievement of individual target on acquisition of mortgage clients.

Your key responsibilities
The primary objective is over achievement of individual target on acquisition of mortgage clients.
Responsibilities: Responsible for new business Acquisition through open market. Should have a strong network of DSA's in the market - At least 10 DSA's with whom files are discussed on a regular basis.The ideal candidate should be a graduate. Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in Mortgage sales. He / She should preferably be working in a bank or non-banking financial company. Should be a smart worker and should be good at negotiation skills. He / she should also have knowledge of balance sheet and property chain related documents.
